Pre-License Education:

Continuing Education:

Once you’ve earned your real estate license and you’ve been matched up with a Windermere office, the next step is to begin the training process that builds the foundation of your business. It starts with Windermere’s “Track to Success” program, which includes Windermere Ninja Installation, an exclusive four-day intensive course created by the renowned trainer Larry Kendall, and taught by an elite team of Windermere instructors.

To further promote our agents’ career growth, and meet the state license renewal requirements, we offer professional designations, skill building courses, and extensive trainings both live and online. Each state differs depending on requirements, market place, and demand.
